Shipping Policy

At Trekhaus, every unit is custom-built with care, precision, and attention to detail. Because of this, our shipping process is a bit different than standard off-the-shelf products. Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your Van Home will arrive.


Production Time: Built to Order

All  units are **made to order**, not mass produced. Once you place your order, we begin crafting your unit from scratch using high-quality, road-tested materials. This ensures that you receive a product built to last and tailored to our exacting standards.

- Production Timeframe: Please allow 4–7 weeks for your Van Home to be completed.  
- During peak seasons or high-demand periods, production may lean toward the longer end of this window.  
- We’ll keep you updated on your build’s progress and notify you once it’s ready to ship.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your product is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to your location. Shipping time will depend on your destination and shipping method.

-Standard Transit Time: Typically 5–10 business days depending on your location.  
- You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

We use trusted freight and logistics partners to ensure your product arrives safely and in excellent condition. Due to the size and nature of the product, deliveries may be scheduled and require a signature upon arrival.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the unit. If you have special delivery needs or requests, please contact our support team before placing your order.


Damages or Delivery Issues

All units are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. However, in the rare event that your unit arrives damaged or with shipping-related issues:

1. Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery.  
2. Report any visible damage directly to the delivery driver and note it on the delivery receipt.  

We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
